• DEHAT offers free delivery nationwide on every order.
• An order confirmation will be sent to you via email/phone after you place the order on the website.
• The order will take 2 – 4 days to be delivered once shipped. 
• If a product is not available at the time of dispatch, we will take your advice on replacements or refunds.
• Our payment modes are cash on delivery and via Visa/debit card, bank transfer and JazzCash.

Exchange Policy

• We make sure the products reach you fresh but in any case, if you receive them spoiled, you can always claim for an exchange through our customer service number.
• The exchanged product will be subject to the products available at that time.
• Exchangeable products should be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with other order details.
