How to Return / Exchange
- If you received a spoiled product and wish to exchange them,
- Contact customer service with your Order ID and they will guide you through the process.
- You will have to send a picture of your order to our customer service number in case of spoiled products.
- Once your exchange is processed (10 days after receipt of items) we will send you the available products of the same amount with the exact same mode of payment that was used at the time of purchase, minus shipping charges.
Covid 19 Policy
Although we make sure to deliver the products on time due to uncertain restrictions regarding the ongoing COVID-19 spread, your orders can face some delays.
To limit the spread of the virus
- We follow all the SOPs to ensure customer safety
- We have got everyone vaccinated working at the farm
How to handle the package
The products we dispatch are freshly plucked. There is no use of carbide or any other chemical to artificially ripen them or to preserve them so we send them unripe (green) to make sure they don’t go bad in the delivery process. So if you receive the mangoes green, here is what you need to do.
- There will be a harvest date, packaging date, and an opening date mentioned on the box
- Notice the opening date
- Leave the box a room temperature if it’s not the time yet
- If it is the time but the mangoes are still green, leave them in the box for 2-3 days at the room temperature
- Open the box if you smell the aroma of the freshly ripened mangoes and enjoy!
